In the event you need to reschedule your wedding as a result of Covid-19, with so many other things and people to worry about, the last thing we want is for you to have to stress out about your photo and/or video team not being available for your date. No Rescheduling Fees - In the event you need to reschedule or postpone your weddings a result, there are no fees to reschedule our team to your new date. It’s absolutely 100% free to do so.
No Fear of Losing Your Deposits - We understand that you might be worried of losing money you’ve invested in the event of rescheduling. Because we promise to be available for your knew date, your deposits are never lost. Your deposits are always credited towards your new date.
Reschedule As Many Times as Needed - Who knows how long the pandemic is going to last. We have had a handful of couples postpone or reschedule there wedding more than once as a result of prolonged pandemic. No problem. Still 100% free every time. We got you covered
Book Your New Date Without Worry - Some vendors will require you to check on their availability first before you reschedule your date. At Shoreline, we want to work around you and not the other way around. Pick your new date and let us know what you choose. Our team will be there on the new day.
Easy Date Change Process - Every Shoreline Client gets access to a personalized client portal that has planning and communication tools built in when the book their wedding with us. Through these tools you can email and notify us of your new date and see those changes reflected in your client portal. No additional long heavy contracts to review and sign for the date change. We keep it simple.

Our goal with Shoreline Weddings has always been to make booking wedding photography and videography a simple, stress free process. Our hassle free online booking process is an example of that. We wanted to extend that experience of simplicity to our clients who are having to postpone their weddings as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
COVID Rescheduling Policy FAQ’s
How are is Shoreline able to re-schedule so easily?
We have a team of photographers and videographers dedicated to making our clients happy. All of our team members have come together and made it a priority to ensure our clients are happy and well taken care of. We understand that we need to go with the flow and sometimes that means shifting team members around to ensure coverage but we are all happy to do it
Will I have my original Shoreline team members for my new date?
If those team members are available for your new date, then yes we will reserve them for your new date. But if they are already booked with another event, our other team members are ready to fill and take care of you.
Will you be following Covid-19 health safety guidelines?
Yes, all of our team members are concerned for your safety and the safety of their guests. We do not want you to feel uncomfortable so we come prepared with masks, hand sanitizer and observe appropriate social distancing
What happens if my plans change and we need less coverage?
We have several different packages and levels of service that fit a wide variety wedding sizes. If you need to modify your original package to one of other options thats more suited, contact us through the client portal so we find the right package.
What happens if I can reschedule my wedding to non-covid related issues?
All the items mentioned here are for Covid Related rescheduling. If you are rescheduling or cancelling for other reasons, we have other provisions that apply for that which are included in your agreement.
What if I want to cancel my coverage without rescheduling?
In order for us to be to offer such a flexible rescheduling policy, we do take 50% non-refundable retainer payments at that time of booking. If you end up canceling your coverage for any reason, that retainer payment is non-refundable. However, most often we can find a creative way to give you credit towards your retainer such as a headshots for work, family photo session or portrait session. Ready to book with Fearlessly?
